昨日MINMI&若旦那夫妻の挑発にまんまとノッて最もハードコアな ビクラムヨガ に行った。
42度の室温の中での90分間のヨガクラスは想像以上に体力を消耗し、
途中酸欠状態になった時間もあった。
特にボクはパニック症候群もちなので(もう長いことなので軽減してます、ご心配無く)
途中パニったらどしよ?とか思ってたけど結局一度も表に出る事はなく、
やばくなったら只管アグラでやり過ごす作戦で回避。
でも終わってみればあらまー気分爽快身体もスッキリ!
信じられないくらいの発汗とともに色んなモヤモヤも若干消えたような.....
来週からまた海外ギグだけど、少しこのヨガ続けてみよかな。
Yesterday, I manned up and took a challenge from MINMI and Wakadanna to try the hard core BIKRAM yoga. The 90 minute yoga class took more out of me than I thought, and in the 112 (42) degree room, I almost totally couldn’t breathe!! In the middle of things, I was especially worried because of my panic syndrome… (It’s all been under control for a while, so don’t worry!) But I was thinking “What happens if I freak out!?” In the end, it never proved to be a problem… then I figured I could get away with the tactic of just sitting cross legged. However, all said and done, I really feel physically and mentally refreshed! You wouldn’t believe how much sweat there was… it was like Wakadanna disappeared in the hazy fuzz. From next week I have more gigs overseas but I think I will keep up the yoga for a while…
